SIZING AND FIT

How do I measure my head for the perfect fit?

How to Measure:

Use a flexible tape measure to accurately find your fit:

Circumference: Measure the distance around your head, just above the ears and across the centre of the forehead.

Depth: Measure the distance from the top centre of your head down to where the cap will sit.

What’s the difference between Small, Medium, and Large?

The difference between our small, medium and large are the circumference and depth measurements.

Small - 54cm and less cirumference and 31cm depth
Medium - 58cm (55cm-60cm range) circumference and 32cm depth

Large - 61cm and more circumference and 33cm depth

Quick Guide
Medium Fit: designed to be the "One Size Fits Most" option for general teens and adults

Small Fit: This is ideal for children or adults with smaller heads.

Large Fit: This size accommodates adults who typically struggle with standard 'one-size' hats.

What if I’m between two sizes?

It will be hard to be between two sizes. We recommend basing your sizing off circumference first followed by depth after.

Can I adjust the cap if it feels a little loose?

Yes our caps have an adjustable strap. It is tucked neatly under the sweatband on the inside of your cap.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes we can make custom designs. Order quantity is 25-50 caps minimum. Please email or message us on our socials to discuss.

Care & Maintenance

Can I machine wash my cap?

Yes! Please read our washing Method:

- Machine Wash Friendly: The Range Cap is safely machine washable.

- Temperature: Always use a cold wash setting to protect the fabric integrity and colour vibrancy.

- Protection is Key: For optimal shape maintenance and to protect the brim, we highly recommend using a washing bag or dedicated cap holder during the wash cycle.

- Detergent: Use a mild, non-bleaching detergent.

- Drying: Always air dry. Do not tumble dry.

How do I remove sweat stains from my cap?

By following our easy washing method above!

Will the brim lose shape after washing?

No! The brim is soft and pliable allowing it to be washed without loosing shape or damaging the quality.

How do you dry your cap after water or washing?

Best and only way is to hang it out to air dry. Do not tumble dry. The fabrics are light and breathable allowing for fast drying.

How should I store my cap to keep it in shape?`

Store your hat hanging or sitting on your shelf in your wardrobe. The fabrics used are designed to be flexible and move with you.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Optional)

Need it faster? Express shipping is also available through Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage through our website but feel free to send us an email or message via socials and we would be happy to see if we can help.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as you contact us via support@kilometrecollective.com prior to being posted.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Shipping my get delayed through Australia Post. In the rare event that your order is lost please contact us at support@kilometrecollective.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
